We specialize in book manufacturing as well as business form and job printing.
The scope of our services:
- offset, sheet-fed printing; one, two and full-color; up to B1 size on brand new MAN Roland 704 3B 2/2 P press,
- saddle-stitch binding and perfect binding,
- hard covers (rigid board) and soft covers: smythe sewn or adhesive,
- hot foil (matte or glossy) finishing.
We produce virtually everything: from brochures and books to catalogues, periodicals, posters, bookstands, folders and advertising leaflets to labels, single and multiple board calendars, loose-leaf inserts (with punched holes) and binders with various fastening mechanisms, to many more other products. The print runs range from 100 to 15 000+ copies.

New CtP lab!
We are prepared for everything
We offer complete state-of-the-art prepress facilities with services ranging from digital scanning, typesetting, and page layout to imaging.
Most of all we use CtP technology – we print from digital material ready to be transferred to printing plates. Our CtP lab is equipped with Heidelberg machines (Prosetter 102 platesetter for photopolymer). Our customers receive imposition proofs as well as contract (color) proofs. Thanks to this vesratile system we also accept commisioned prepress jobs from other printers.
To download drivers allowing you to prepare digital files for our equipment please log in to out FTP site: ftp://ftp.rm.com.pl. You can upload your digital files to our FTP server or contact us to tell us where we can download your files from. (See prepress).
In addition we have facilities – film stripping, make-up and copy lab – that enable us to accept films and prepare the printing plates according to the conventional photographic method.
Regardless of the applied technology our customers are provided with off-press color proofs or ozalids therefore they always have the opportunity to view and approve the project for printing.

Everything’s tailored to your needs
We are equipped with folders that feature four folds with punching option. Perfect binding is produced on highly efficient Miller Martini ACORO A5. Hard covers (rigid boards) can have rounded spines or flat backs. Hot foil (matte or gloss) can be applied to embellish covers. Both hard and soft covers can have sewn textblock. Booklet binding features standard or Euro staples. Books can be shrink-wrapped on request.
